Lomos de merluza en “papillote” con paté de aceituna verde

Esta semana os vamos a contar una receta para que podáis innovar con uno de nuestros Patés de Aceitunas José Lou


Preparar estos deliciosos LOMOS DE MERLUZA EN “PAPILLOTE” CON PATÉ DE ACEITUNA VERDE te va a llevar menos de media hora!




4 lomos merluza




zumo de medio limón

1 puerro

1 pimiento italiano rojo dulce

4 cucharadas aceite de oliva virgen extra

Papel aluminio o de horno

Pate de Aceituna verde manzanilla Jose Lou

30 gr aceite de oliva




  1. Lo primero hay que precalentar el horno a 180º.
  2. Pon los lomos de merluza sobre un cuadrado de papel de horno en la bandeja de horno. Añadirle los siguientes ingredientes al gusto: Sal, pimienta, tomillo y unas gotas de zumo de limón.
  3. Añade las verduras por encima cortadas en juliana y pon un poco de aceite de oliva.
  4. Envuelve la merluza con el papel y cierra los cuadrados de papel a modo de paquetito. Hornearlo unos 20 minutos
  5. Mientras la merluza se cocina en el horno, prepara en el plato donde se va a servir una cama de paté de aceituna verde manzanilla Jose Lou.
  6. Abre con cuidado el papel para no quemarte, retira los lomos y ponlos en cada plato, encima del paté.
